Yes, that works for many charts, even without an artist profile. In the form, select "Song from another label," enter the Spotify link, and upload a cover. If you have an artist profile with releases through us, you can also select songs directly from your catalog. Which songs are allowed for a chart, meaning catalog songs only, external songs only, or both, is something we define for each chart. The form automatically shows you only the options that apply. That's why, without an artist profile, you can only choose from charts that allow external songs.
