There are three possible reasons for this: Your account doesn't have a package. Without a package, the limits of the free registration apply. Currently, that means one non-public artist profile and no credit artists. You get more slots with a package. You can find the packages in the dashboard under Pricing. Your contract has ended. After the contract ends, you can't create any new artists. Booking a new package makes it possible again. You've reached the limit. Starter allows 25, Pro 50 and Labels 100 credit artists. You can delete artists you don't need (only if they aren't listed on any submitted song), switch to a larger package, or request additional slots via a support ticket. Even without your own credit artists, you can use contract artists from other accounts via the search in the release editor.
