With our affiliate program, you earn money when you bring other people to OneCrewRecords. You don't need any additional sign-up for this. As soon as you've registered for free, your personal referral link is already in your dashboard.
How it works.
1. Get your link
In your dashboard, open the "Refer a customer" section. There you'll find your personal link, which looks like this: onecrewrecords.de/?ref=deinbenutzername
2. Share your link
Share it anywhere your music or your name can be found, for example:
- Social media (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube …)
- Bio or link-in-bio page
- Messengers and friends
- Artist communities and Discord servers
3. Referral gets tracked
When someone clicks your link, we save that for 90 days. If the person signs up with us within that time, they are assigned to you. If more than one link applies, the one clicked last counts. You can't see any personal data of the person you referred.
4. Earn commission
As soon as the referred person successfully completes their first payment, you earn a commission. This can be a package or also extras for a release.
5. Receive your payout
Your commission is reviewed and released after a waiting period. After that, you can have it paid out (see below).
How high is my commission?
The commission depends on which package the referred person books. You can always see the current rates live in your dashboard under "Refer a customer". That way, you're always up to date when anything changes.
Tier bonus: The more successful referrals you collect, the higher you can climb. With each tier, you get a bonus that is paid in addition to the regular commission. There is no tier bonus for bookings without a package.
For some packages, commissions are paid on a recurring basis. Whether this applies to a package is shown in your dashboard.
The statuses of your referrals

| Signed up | The person registered via your link but hasn't paid anything yet. |
| Completed | The first payment has been received, and your commission is being calculated. |
| Under review | We're briefly reviewing the referral. This is for fairness and to protect against misuse. |
| Released | The commission is confirmed. It becomes payable once the waiting period has ended. |
| Paid out | The money has reached you. |
When do I get my money?
- Waiting period: After release, there is a waiting period of 30 days by default. It protects against chargebacks and refunds. You can see when your commission becomes payable for each referral.
- Minimum amount: A payout is possible from a balance of 25 €.
- Payout method: You choose between
- Bank transfer to your account, or
- Offsetting against one of your own open invoices with OneCrewRecords.
You can request your payout directly in the dashboard under "Refer a Customer".
Good to know
- New users: The commission is paid for people who are new to OneCrewRecords. Existing accounts can't be assigned retroactively.
- No self-referrals: If you refer yourself with a second account, you won't receive a commission for it. The same applies to duplicate or fake accounts.
- No spam, please: Promote fairly and honestly. Misleading advertising or spam may lead us to reject commissions.
- The link has to come first: The assignment only works if the person uses your link first and signs up afterwards.
- No credit for referred users: Our program pays the commission to you as the referrer. The referred person does not receive any additional discount.
Frequently asked questions
Do I have to sign up for the affiliate program?
No. Any user with a (free) OneCrewRecords account can use it directly in the dashboard. You don't need to have released any music.
How many people can I refer?
As many as you like. There is no limit.
My referral isn't showing up. What now?
This usually happens when the person didn't open the link in the same browser or cookies were blocked. Just drop a quick message to our support team and we'll be happy to take a look.
Where can I see my account balance?
In the dashboard under "Refer a Customer". There you can see your available balance, your pending balance, and all previous payouts.
